Cheshire Architects was founded in March 2004 to concentrate on the making of interesting buildings. We do this within a studio that engages in all aspects of architecture; in addition to its intense focus on working with clients to make architecture the studio is actively involved in university teaching, writing and lecturing.
The practice employs twelve architects and graduates in Auckland City, New Zealand and has a range of projects including urban masterplanning, the design of theatres, university research buildings, mixed use city buildings and 'one off' houses around New Zealand and the Pacific.
